Nestled near the Willamette River, this 1929 warehouse was home to the makers of yellow strand rope used in the original Portland Street Car, then became a steel smelting and refining company. In 2014, it was lovingly restored to its original glory and today serves as one of Portland's most awarded spaces being named Oregon Brides “Best Urban Venue” 2014 through 2022.

We specialize in creating one of a kind venues, each uniquely their own - with delightful possibilities and flexibility. Our tight-knit venue team provides experienced guidance that fosters peace of mind. Our three distinct venues consist of Castaway Portland, Blockhouse and Greatroom. Each have been lovingly restored or built from the ground up.
