Sales Lead & Venue Host

Antonia is usually the first friendly face (or voice) you’ll come across when reaching out to Cast + Co. She gives tours, answers questions, and makes sure clients have all the info they need to feel confident before booking. On event days, she’s on site making sure everything runs smoothly, from setup to showtime. Whether it's helping vendors get settled or making sure the space looks just right, she’s all about keeping things calm and on track.

Antonia's journey started in the floral world. She grew up in a family of florists and began designing event florals at 19. For over 13 years, she brought creative visions to life with flowers, but she also discovered a real love for logistics and working closely with clients. That mix of creativity and coordination led her into freelance day-of coordination, and she quickly realized events were where she felt most at home.

After taking time off to travel, volunteer in the Gila Forest, work on a remote farm, and bike through the deserts of Arizona, she found her way back to Portland. When she spotted a job listing from Cast + Co, it felt like a great fit. She already knew and loved the venues, having done floral work at both Blockhouse and Castaway in the past, and the role was exactly what she was looking for.

At Cast + Co, Antonia loves meeting new clients, hearing their stories, and helping them bring their events to life. She’s all about building trust, offering helpful guidance, and making sure each person feels supported throughout the planning process.

Outside of work, Antonia is an avid cyclist and loves long-distance rides that take her deep into nature. Bikepacking is one of her favorite ways to explore. She also enjoys sewing, skateboarding, listening to jazz, and making a mean cup of coffee thanks to her barista days. Her personal passions help her stay grounded and bring a thoughtful, creative energy to everything she does.
