Molly is the creative mind behind Cast + Co’s social media and marketing. From sharing stunning event photos to keeping clients in the loop about all that’s happening at our venues, she’s the one making sure the magic gets seen. She also handles the behind-the-scenes work that keeps things running—like building contracts, confirming bookings, and jumping in to support the sales team when needed.

Though our venues are based in Portland, Molly works remotely from Central Oregon. She graduated from the University of Oregon in 2024 with a degree in Public Relations and minors in business and Spanish. During college, she held marketing roles with multiple organizations, where she discovered just how much she loves connecting people through storytelling and events.

What Molly enjoys most is sharing the love that happens at Cast + Co. Whether it’s a joyful wedding photo, a glowing vendor review, or a behind-the-scenes look at setup day, she loves giving people a glimpse into the moments that make our spaces so special.

Outside of work, Molly is a lifelong athlete and outdoor enthusiast. She grew up in Sun Valley, Idaho and has been competing as a big mountain skier for over a decade. When she’s not skiing, you’ll probably find her paddle boarding, wake surfing, cycling, or hitting her local CycleBar class. Her love for movement, nature, and adventure helps fuel her creativity and keeps her grounded.

Molly recently adopted a black lab puppy named Bucky (yes, after the Oregon running back). He’s her adventure buddy and her best friend.
